I co-led the People of posAbilities, an online social media and print campaign inspired by Humans of New York. This recruitment and retention plan was designed to celebrate the diverse skill set of our team members and to better establish posAbilities as an attractive workplace for new and experienced employees.

We selected eight employee ambassadors to tell their stories and promote a variety of career development opportunities. My role included: market research and audience segmentation, interviewing ambassadors, blog writing, photo shoot assistance, and graphic design for our print and online promotional materials. Since its launch in 2018, this campaign is still being used today in social media ads.
